Person-Centred Therapy

Psychoeducation Sessions: Understanding a Diagnosis
Receiving a diagnosis can feel overwhelming. This single, in-depth session is designed to help you catch your breath and make sense of it all. We'll translate the diagnosis into a clear picture of your child's unique strengths and challenges, address common questions, and create a practical, personalized plan for your first steps forward.

Developmental Assessment: Developmental Profile - 4 (DP-4)
This comprehensive assessment looks at the whole child—from thinking and communication to social and motor skills—to highlight their unique strengths and opportunities for growth. You'll receive a detailed report and a dedicated session to discuss the findings and practical strategies for support.

Caregiver Coaching ("Ask a Psychologist")
When you're stuck on one tough issue, these single-session consultations provide a dedicated space to find solutions. We'll focus entirely on your specific goal—whether it's creating calmer mornings, helping with homework battles, or building confidence—and give you a clear, personalized strategy to move forward with confidence.

Intensive Therapy (Goal-Focused Child Therapy Program)
Structured therapy sessions over a course of 12-24 weeks designed to help your child build the essential skills they need to thrive. We focus on practical areas like managing big feelings, improving focus, adapting to change, and navigating social situations. All learning takes place through play and connection, ensuring your child feels safe, supported, and capable.
